the song is supposed to be a social commentary on how people in the ghettos live. i saw pain talk about it in an interview. the point of the song is to list all of the things he's seen people to that are like suicide - sex w/out protection, alchohalism, etc. it really is a deep song. this is the type of stuff you dont hear on the radio. when someone calls t pain garbage or says he lacks substance, u can tell they identify him only by what they hear on the radio.
