@edulitto1 the hot air caused by the fire lifts the lantern. the lanterns don't go down untill the fire goes out...

Say what you want but I set the neighbors back yard on fire about 20 years ago with one of those. so don't tell me how safe they are. It caught on fire and come down like the Hindenburg blimp. Right in a maple tree, during the fall months with lots of dead leaves under it. fire rained on those leaves. I had allot of fire stomping to do while dodging the neighbors watch dogs. scary video to me! by the way forest fires are beautiful too. as long as you are not in it.

Here are easy steps on how to make an UFO.

Get many black balloons, tie several small flashlight to the balloons. Tie the balloons to each other to make the shapes as if it looks like a flying saucer, then you let it go at night and it looks like an UFO! LOL.....
