  • I'm learning this right now. I think you play it very well.

  • Thank you.

  • you need to listn more this piece. Sounds a bit torture. however, you are doing remarkably good. started learning from 47 by myself. stll can't play any thing. no time to practice and don't even know how to learn.

  • Dr Hsu.

Well played, but if my ears serves me, that famous cord (the FIRST note-then-cord that repeats throughout) on the left hand that goes "C, CFAC", you are suppose to hold middle C and left go of the other keys before pedal. I struggled with this piece not sounding right until my cousin pointed that my PDF scores was incorrect, and that made a HUGE difference.

I admire and applaud your love for the harpsichord! The dedication you have placed in this love is not known to others.

Thanks for the comment and the tips.

I normally played better than what was recorded, but being a self learned person, i have only CDs to guide me.

To really paly well, i think one has to start young, and cannot wait till the age of 47 to learn, which was my case..

    Cheers!

  • I play this piece . Your playing of this is very sensitive. I was able to not listen to the distortion. You are very good. Keep up the playing. The piano is great, you can get better with age.

  • Wow! Great to see you playing this, my friend! I must commend you on your pianistic progress! In spite of the camera aiming at you (I know what you mean), you achieve some really lovely phrasing & balance. Keep it up! .. Hope all is well!!

  • loosewrits, thanks and need to improve much much more.
