I know this video was over a year ago, but this might help your quality.

Don't use AVI, use MPEG. Try it. It should give a lot better quality for YouTube.

you should try to get sony vegas cuz i found that it makes some videos look better but the quallity is ok and could be better. just fuck around with the settings and try it, thats what i did

Do you have Vista on the computer that you captured this on? If so, was the first stuff kinda laggy and skippy? because thats what happened to my Dazzle...check out the GTA video i made with my Dazzle to see if you know what i mean(NOT ADVERTISING) just please leave me some feedback

You can make it look super good, you have to crop it, in sony vegas, so its widescreen, then you render with Hd settings, but it has to be an mpeg2 i think first.

the quality of the vid will be better if u record in 480x360 because thats the size that youtube makes the videos..any bigger or smaller will slightly reduce the quality cuz it would have to be cropped or expanded, so use 480x360 for best quality
