The tsunami was only the beginning of the problems for those affected areas. Sri Lanka became the biotch of the intl community and politicians took advantage of the situation. Now SL is gettin paper, look at us now, we will not be pushed around anymore.

My grandmother died )': . We were on holyday in Sri Lanka (we are there every year), we thougt that we were gonna be there to January, but we went home early.

A tsunami is far, far more dangerous than a regular wave of the same height because it has thousands of times more energy behind it. You cannot tell the difference by seeing the wave from the beach. Moron.
