What a great video! I remember when my husband and I used to go before kids - so fun and romantic. We happen to love the Caribbean Beach resort (feel free to check out our montage) and you even did some of our favorite dinners - Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace. Now with kids, it has become even more magical than we thought Disney could be! Of course, on our last trip, our kids were 3.5, 2 and 1, so it was quite "busy" to say the least, but SO fun!
aww my boyfriend and I went in June 2009 also for the same reason :) We had such a great time and we're going back this June!
