  • I love this tune you can't beat Lovers. This is what you call REAL music cuz real music never dies, not like the stuff we have to listen to now when we go out that last no more than 5 mins before people get bored n it dies out. I'm only 30 so I never got to go out & enjoy the music, but thanks to my Mom who is a BIG lover of Lovers rock who used to blast it til the police come knocking down our door due to neighbours complaining that it too loud I can now enjoy the beauty of it.

P.s.comments are long because I love Lovers Rock to the max and feel the vibes that these artists are feeling.

  • This song is beautiful. I saw Wendy Walker live a few years ago in Oceans singing this same song. Before singing this song, Wendy dedicated it to her husband who has been there for her through personal circumstances in her life. 'My rock, he kept me going'. Brought tears to my eyes.

  • She had a voice of an angel. In the middle of the song where the harmonizing bit came in with the backing singers, did not sound right to Wendy. She stopped singing the song and the band stopped played and did a rewind. She said c'mon girls you can do better. They started singing it again. ''Wow' Fantastic. A women who is so passionate about her music. Well done Wendy keep up the good work.
