I'm actually practicing this on my violin as well! If I may do so, I recommend that you don't chain your notes, since it sounds kind of choppy to me. That aside, excellent performance!

Unfortunately I don't have the partitures as I play it by ear.

But it begins with an "e" on the d-string.

When the theme raises, it's raising with a quint, meaning that it begins with an "h" on the a-string. I'm sure you'll get it. The only real challenge is the speed :)

An "h" I'm a pianist not a violinist but I'm positive that there is no such note as "h" ABCDEFG and all the sharps or flats in between are the only notes that exist. It starts over after that.
