The game play on the dragon ball games isn't really groundbreaking or anything, but they sure are fun, and they lend a bit to the anime as well. Not to the mention the cool integrated cut scenes at those OMG I did the kamehameha wave moments.

but the game really looks AWESOME (gotta love the gameplay and huge maps)

No way man! These graphics can't compare to Tenkaichi 3 and the actual game on the TV looks better (HD). This game is faster and more like the anime (60 fps) and the graphics are better that Naruto UN Storm.

Yes there is and much more... The character actually looks at the opponent instead of straight ahead... And more battlefield damage like ground, etc... P.S. this game is only Dragon Ball Z (Not Dragon ball or DBGT)
