I got some of them through Bricklink, a website where people can buy and sell new and second hand Lego parts. You can get all kinds of loose heads etc.
The green head with the mouth on it was in a Harry Potter set I think. The green head without eyes and mouth was in a box with all kinds of bricks and things.
Good thing I took time to watch, I first thought (after watching 3 Springsteen / E Street LEGO band vids ''A-ha I knew drugs were behind this!'' Im reminded things can be not what they first seem .
