Neat! I've always wondered who would be faster... your average border collie (since they often seem to appear in agility races) or your average shiba. Mine definitely couldn't sit around off-leash unless he's in a fenced-in park, because I'd never be able to catch him!
Tsuki can be off the leash at the park, beach, etc. but not on the streets. You can look at other videos of Tsuki playing at the park with other dogs like Beagle, Border, Chihuahua, German Sheperd, Retriever and another Shiba.

Wow. I have a female border collie and a male Shiba Inu. They get along great! Kiana (the Border Collie) protects Kenji (the Shiba). Very cool video!
