  • @FuckUBebeGringoRocks Chill bro this is civilian stuff, not adapted for military combat. Realistically on a street such tactics would work well, but in real combat with all the gear on it would be difficult, although the principles would still be very useful.

  • you have very soft knees, how does one get over the problem of older creakier knees? I really like your system though. this would make a great core excersise on its own for any martial arts

  • @bushidobonce We have a wide variety of mobility exercise that prepare for load bearing work like this. Part of it depends on recovering mobility, part on strengthening the connective tissue but also a large part is based on integrating the body. This type of work for example requires a large awareness of the hip's function to lessen the burden on the knees. Glad you enjoy the clip.

  • Very smooth.

  • I love all the new vids. Very generous. Thanks for sharing your amazing work. Wish I could be in your school.

  • Doing this on rocks, concrete or in the nasty duff is a real challenge. These movement are easy to do on a mat, no boots, rifle, LBV-LBE and helmet on. It really changes with just normal boots on where the ankles are not flexible. With duty gear or belt holster with equipment on it gets really difficult too. Great clip.

  • Absolutely. Training on uneven terrain in battle-rattle is the ultimate test. It really forces you to adapt the work and take the material to the next level.

  • Thanks for the upload! Really interesting

  • good vid man
