I played a demo of this game on the dreamcast back when i didn't know much, but if it weren't for the demo and helena's opera outfit and theme, i wouldn't have fallen for the series :)

Man, it's been years since I played this game... pretty nostalgic. Heh, on that first stage, my only goal was to knock the other guy through that massive window- if I won, that was a bonus.

I had to laugh at some of those catchphrases- I swear they make no sense at the best of times, like 'Make up your mind'. =D

Tengu was such a pain to beat. It's just struck me now how him and Jinpachi from Tekken 5 are pretty similar. But Tengu's not as cheap I guess, lol.

Jann Lee's a stud. Ha! He and Lei Fang should just get together already.

He's easily my favorite male fighter in the game. "WAH TAH!" He learned how to fight by watching Bruce Lee movies. How badass is that! xD

I also think Jann Lee got the biggest overhaul in DOA3, DOA:U, and DOA4. His face has changed a lot compared to the others in this game. He's also a little more energetic. Not as many blank stares, which in a way is too bad.
