Erm Baron Cohen's funnier, by.. ooooh.. I don't know, 27 trillion milles? Actually double that. There's more talent in Cohen's toenail clippings than there is in Ayoade. He single-handedly ruins almost everything he appears in, like The IT Crowd etc..

haha not entirely sure who "derek ayoade" is, but rich was BRILLIANT in darkplace! in this he falls back on saying fuck too much so he gets laughs from the audience, but still very funny...that being said look up Sascha Baron Cohen as Ali G talking about religion, sex, etc...fkcing hilarious! Verdict: both geniuses.
