For anyone who cares, the reason it looks like its flashy is bc when the puck first hit the glove I didn't have complete controll over the puck. The reason that I went behind my head with the glove save is that it was my reflex to just make an attempt to have possession of the puck.
Biggest thing is making the first save and you showed good handspeed. I try to bring my glove into my body after the save. Just a safety tip. Nothing looks better than a flashy glove save but nothing looks worse when a goalie gets burned by being showy.

By swinging your arm around and making it look impressive, it looks more like you've lost control and you're more likely to drop it behind you, or let it fly loose.

the only reason i replied to you is because you said make the save look good. and and about swinging our glove around. well im a goalie im guilty of doin it one in a while too everyone is. it not that you me to but when you slide around you use your arms to gain more momentum and just sometime when you actually catch the puck your arms is still going to flain around around no way around it
he didnt try to show off, he just got lucky. he swung his glove hoping hed catch it. and think about it, im a goalie to, the reason we show off is cause when we score a goal we cant go and jump around like and celebrate. If we make a good save we can go skate around the circle, jump and do a fist pump
