You can get on the balcony by just jumping on the dumpster then to the balcony.

well when u do the mission holland watever choose to kill playboy x and dwayne rings u and tells u. u can have the deed to playboys house. also if u go to the closet and press left on outfits u get the gta3 outfit no lie

I got into playboys loft on TLAD but it doesnt let you save it or watch TV etc...

with helicopter i think it will be much easier

not really, because you have to find one (unless you use the cheat) plus you have to be able to land it, which is pretty hard to land it perfectly. and If you land the helecopter on the deck, the door well close to get inside.
