Forgot to ask....which kit is it that you have? 1FP210, 211, 213, 214, or? If you have the wrong kit now, and try to smog it later and don't have the CARB EO sticker, you could face some hefty fines. Unless you know someone with a smog shop that can let you through.

it passed smog with no problems. procharger is 50state legal. the rims dont look good on youtube bcuz of the camera quality but in person there really nice.

@fayazaziz925 Not yet. It is legal for the 2004 and older. There's no CARB EO number, or approval for the 2005 and newer. I have been looking to add a procharger to my 05GT...but according to Procharger, (talked to them on the phone) they haven't gotten an approval yet. They have submitted one of their kits for approval, but it is still "pending" approval. They have several kits for the 05+ stangs...but only 1 kit that will possibly be approved...and it would be early 2012 at the earliest.

but a centrifugal is the way to go on a 3valve with a stock bottom end because you are not always in boost and putting excess stress on the motor

The centrifugal setup is like a turbo with a spinning turbine, but it also proves to be more efficient, which turbo's are, yet remain a supercharger because its belt-driven. The downside to turbos and systems alike is lag. The twin-screw has the upside here because its instant power.

costs about 6k for the set up and then labor is probably around 2k. it will increase your car 100hp.

Only 100hp? Something is definitely wrong with your system. I've seen base kit prochargers on an '05 gt put out over 500rwhp. Base kit on my truck added 150hp no tune.

With the stage II P1SC I am making 544.5rwhp and 477fttq that is with stock exhaust add an est of 35 once I put my kooks LT's on. Nice car but I am not a fan of Corsa. Your surge valve is also very quiet mine blows off loud

get the ATI procharger. you cant go wrong. bolt on and go. no tapping in oil pan or anything, self lubricating and gets cool air into the engine with the intercooler.

A procharger is a supercharger, its a centrifugal supercharger, like vortech and paxton. kenne bell, saleen, roush and whipple are roots/twin screw superchargers. twin screw superchargers are instant boost. push the gas to the floor and its like a 100 shot of nitrous. a centrifugal works like a turbo, there is boost lag but you can get more power from them.

This might help you out with the hp, I seen a 2007 mustang gt w/ vortech 8 psi non-intercooled and a cat back exhaust make 476rwhp 490rwtq, the 3 and 4 valve 4.6L like boost.
