Genetics and diet determine how much anyone can achieve, and unless you have a clear understanding of someone's diet and genetics, you're not qualified to say where the limits are. When you're eating 10k+ calories a day, and training for 4-6 hours a day, its not hard to see someone become abnormally strong.

dude big derek and i work out at the same gym in waterbury, ct and this guy is a gdamn beast... im not small at 6'1 220 but standing next to this guy when hes traning and pumped up he absolutely drarfs anyone and everyone.. truly amazing athlete throwing around 700-800 lbs with ease 5 days a week.. and a full time cop on the side.. madd props keep it up big D!!

Yea, steroids are banned for MMA ;), Im not sure if he did take steroids, but he did get disqualified from WSM in 2004 for a banned substance.
