Fereti Tuilagi, a small inside center back in the 90's and early 00's, was sidelining forwards with huge hits. He would have rivaled Lima, but he didn't make consistent appearances for Samoa. It was sort of on and off. Another small inside center in the early 90's was Keneti Sio who was also a ferocious tackler. But he wasn't a consistent player for Samoa, either. And before Jerry Collins, the first to be dubbed the Terminator for big hits was Apolo Perelini for Samoa during the 91' world cup.

his english is actually very good it's just his accent thats all, trust me I have heard worse - um how about the - o for awesome, samoan 7's coach winning speach wellington 7's couple years back, umm To'o Vaega early 1990's gave a classic interview I think it was super 10 back then. Still these guys were fantastic sporting athletes in their own right and should be judged on their sporting achievements not the way they speak english.
