When and what was this event?
hey i was at dry hill begining of last year and i talked to these people from seattle who had the key to get past the fence. is the place still only accesable by having the key or is it open to the public? thanks

You can park at the bottom and ride (or walk) to the top. I do it all the time.
This is an excellent example of DNR and Trail Users Groups working...TOGETHER!!
