I think 200,000 souls is a bit of a long shot. In total, those forest hunters/shades (still not sure on that) drop 9,000 souls per run, each run taking about a minute if you're good at it. So, that'd be 135,000 souls in 15 minutes (approximately). Still, though, you make a good point! ^_^

@TheDefiantClone Go for Raw/lightning/fire. Divine is only good for faith builds, but you could probably make it occult too. Requires +5 divine weapon then you can ascend it further.

it really helps to have the drake sword against those trees, i use the drake sword&the sword of astoria i think those are both good weapons(there is a black knight with a halberd and his gaurding a shield that boots stamina recovery)

The drake sword is almost as good as black knight sword. It just required 20 str and 16 dex. I think base is 205. Can be dropped by black knights. But mostly they just drop the titanite chunk

"raw" weapons have higher base damage but the scaling is lower, you can see if you turned that katana to raw the dexterity scaling would drop from B to D, so for high dex character that would make it worse

to have more magic slots you need to raise your attunement stat, you get a slot at 10, 12 ,14 and 16 attunement after that it will take more levels to get even more slots

the offensive pyro spells are not that useful unless you upgrade your flame, better take iron flesh instead

@GhostRobo Just noticed you've got a sack from one of the butchers! I never got one of those but I know you can trade it with snuggly the crow and get the Demon Great Hammer which you can also get if you defeated the Asylum Demon without running through gates. I got the Demon Great Hammer on my 2nd playthrough which I'm currently on and ascended it to a Lightning Demon Great Hammer +5 and it is packing a total of 765 damage! Of course split between physical and lightning :D

Raw weapons can also continue to increase in lvl. The difference is that raw weaponry drastically increases base stats but lowers scaling by 1 grade, meaning you dex will mean less than if you continue to upgrade as you are now.

Remember the big knight in the undead burg where you got your blue ring? kill him and he drops a sword that requires 18 dex and 20 strength and its really good. black knight sword is the name.

hiya please try blighttown, if you beat it (there are alot of people who leave summon signs) you go to a place called demon ruins, and I found out that theres an easy boss called ceaseless discharge that attacks you if you take a set of EXTREMELY GOOD ARMOR (your poison resistance will become amazing and its way better than wanderer stuff) but blighttown is confusing so yeah.

If you unlock that door for 20k souls you can grind and get 200,000 souls in about 15 minutes. It's cheap and takes alot of fun out of the game, but if you're in a pinch...it's an option.

yep i think at level 12 or 13 you get a second attunement slot. but remember you dont have a high intelligence stat, so your capability with spells is limited to less uses. i think thats how it works (:

Dont get the drake sword, i got it early and the gargoyles were super easy like killing a regular knight. the stone one legged thing also super easy with the drake sword so if you want to enjoy the game don't use it lol i haven't even upgraded it yet and i have a bunch of chunks :o

The pyromancer wont stay in Firelink shrine forever and u have to eventually kill him cuz he goes hollow so buy wat u needfrom him. I suggest buying iron flesh because it is suprisingly VERY helpful cuz ppl will do barly any damage to u at the risk of moving slow but its useful if ure getting swarmed.

You never went in the farming area, get the 20000 soul key from the blacksmith, open the door then run around and agro the 4-5 humans. Run under the stairs by the door and the guys will always jump over you. And they all have around 2000 souls each, so you get 6000-10000 in 2 mins, watch out tho cause a Mage sho
