Since I first heard this group yesterday I have just completely fallen in love with them they're so thought provoking and inspirational, such unique but very retro-esque sounds, listening to their songs and looking at HR GIGER artwork, they seem to compliment each other, puts you in a very deep mood of unexplainable imagination, it's simply wonderful
I don't think music should be about talent at all. If it was, we would all be listening to most classical music. I'll enjoy a song because it sounds nice, not because they are experts at their instrument.
@1GuySmiley1 music has and should have to do with talent, i can't stand people who can't write theyr songs and can't even perform theyr "cultural present" to the audience. however, things like talent paired with feeling for something exploit true art, in simple or in complex ways.
if talent wasn't important we would listen all to lady gaga and autotune....oh wait!...
@Necroid000 and another thing, the guy behind mind.in.a.box has a lot talent and a good feeling for songstructures, and if not the most important thing, he has a lot fantasy to pair a science fiction story with audiobiographic music. its an artist i really really like and wich worked up a lot talent.
@Necroid000 equipment before, but I would enjoy listening to this regardless because it's creative. I don't like listening to Kesha all the time because it's just too boring for me. Although had Kesha not been something I've ever heard before then I'd probably enjoy it even if she didn't actually music. Maybe that's just me though.
@Necroid000 I think that's a pretty valid point dude.. and you're right, a lot of people are content with just Lady Gaga (which I think was a bad example because she actually is a bit talented. She's just a bit of a marketing figure now though, but I know what you mean), and that genre, which seems fine to me. But there are those of us, like you and me, who look for other music like this band here. I don't really know of Mind in a box's talent because I've never worked with their kind of
You put it fantastically.. technical perfection with instruments means nothing if it the composer can't stir their listener.. music is a language of what's inside, from imperfect people for imperfect people.
yo man if i canme to the music you like and said the same thing would be mad because it's somthing you like and some one is saying it's shit i dont care if you like it or not you can say it's not my type of music insted of saying it's carp so STFU and plz dont comment back .
bleh! mid to late nineties trance with an industrial twist. have heard better atempts from amature djs. crap! pure crap! everything ive heard from them is just junk at best on a perfect day.
if you dont like it why the fuck do you commet on these pages so stfu and donr come back every one here that likes it dose not need to read your fuck bull shit .
There are so many genres, that its hard to define an artist under one genre. They are more correctly perhaps blended elements of many other genres. But I guess as the definition below states it is just a combination of other influences.
But Futurepop is an electronic dance music genre, which includes influences from synthpop, uplifting trance, and EBM genres. The term was coined by Ronan Harris, of VNV Nation to describe their style.
PSYLOCKE, I wouldn't consider them Synthpop, more like "Techno Pop", and yes they are awesome. This song was probably the best one in my opinion on their debut.
This is creepy how everyone can relate to this song so well even though it's so detailed.
I can relate to it really well too, I used to have long hair and now I have nicer clothes XD
No but seriously I've started pursuing my dreams since then, which reminds me of the song. Yet although I should be happy, I somehow don't feel anything. Almost as if I'm no part of this world, just like the song.
A song that can give oxygen to lungs

Song is close to perfection, but in this visual age I'm left with a feeling of wanting something more.

@1GuySmiley1 If they can make a nice-sounding song I think that is a talent in itself.

@1GuySmiley1do you know the definition of the word 'talent' ?
MeesterVal 1 year ago
@1GuySmiley1 classical music is NOT about the performers, but the composer. but there is nothing wrong w/ thinking a song sounds nice

@1GuySmiley1 Wouldnt it take talent to make a song sound nice?

@OIOcellOIO Yeah, like talent compressing audio. Exactly what the uploader lacks.
