From what I heard on the KQRS radio show this morning where they were playing tv news blurbs about the 'accident' story. These 'floats' crashed the parade and would have not passed the necessary safety inspections.
It's the only float I have ever seen with a functional wood stove in it. I enjoyed seeing it (as my name implies, I am into bikes and bike related devices. I also hope the woman is ok.

The woman to the left on the bench was the one who got ran over I think
