@RniceSpecV they came mounted and balanced, foam on each side, then cardboard on each side...that is secured in place by plastic straps...don't worry, there's no way they're gonna arrive damaged :)
@mrjost55 not having driven the DWS in the snow a whole lot because I have the WS-60s, the DWS actually did an amazingly good job...you can definitely feel that the WS-60 has noticeably more grip under braking than the DWS and relies less on the anti-lock brakes

Those look a lot like the Bridgestone Potenza GO19 Grid, which I got. All together $520 for a set of 4. Good tire. Haven't had snow to test them out yet. Love the rims. Also the Milan looks good. Good to know someone likes keepin their car clean like me. 3-4 times a week washin it. haha
Great tires. I just got Blizzak WS-60's from Tire Rack last week for my Impala. My choice was between these and some Michelin x-ice's which BARELY got higher ratings yet cost about 40 dollars more a tire. It was a pretty easy decision. No snow here yet, though.
According to Tire Rack Bridgestones are still the benchmark but the Continentals are right behind them in performance.

Yes they are great tires, enjoy yours! I'm so bummed because I've had them on for a month and still now snow yet to test them on.

does tire rack mount your tires for you on your wheels? Just curious cause I was thinking about ording some winter tires and wheels from them.

i would've gotten the michelin x-ice xi2. they're rated the best studless winter tire on tire rack.

when you get to 17inch size for winter tires the price goes up co much, happen with my dads saab
20044runner 2 years ago
the 50 series actually drives the price up more so than the actual rim size....I had no idea low-profile tires were so much more expensive
