Why can't people just spend time on real problems, like cures for diseases, lowering poverty rates, ending world hunger - considering that should be the easiest when you think about the fact that there's enough food in the world to feed everyone yet people starve. From the white end, this is ridiculous: the problem isn't related to ethnicity so much as it is to class distinctions. The real problem is RICH PEOPLE. Anyone with a thorough understanding of history knows that affluence is more so related to ecology than it is to ethnicity. So the fact that white people now dominate the planet is merely incidental.
From the black end, this actually might make sense. Those in power will naturally dominate the weak. I'm not black, but this makes sense to me!

Hmm... frankly, I think most of China developed on its own, because they made serious efforts to keep, "barbarians," from infiltrating their borders. In fact, if it weren't for Kublai Khan, contact with China probably would have been impossible.

Of course there was no "superior" technology before caucasian man; we have records of cro-magnon in Europe dating as far back as 800,000 BCE. The agricultural revolution didn't take place until about 10,000 years ago, and that was the mark of increasingly rapid technological growth. Please not, this doesn't mean that it wouldn't have happened without them.
I believe that as long as there are human beings from here on out, there will always be "superior" technology.
