i wanna start making beats, but i dont know where to start. what kind of system should i get, or is there a computer program that i could start off with? thanks
with those programs could i make music straight from my computer without any auxiliary equipment, just a mouse, keyboard, and speakers? or would i need to have a keyboard for instance for these programs to be remotely relevant?
Nice set man. We have a place in Richmond, VA called Europa that plays Deep "Sexy" House on Thursday nights that sounds a lot like this. Keep up the great videos!
Hey Trevor thanks for the awesome video! I see you use Traktor...I am looking to get a DVS system myself but am not sure if I should get Traktor or Serato...whats your opinion? I am sure you have used both....thanks again!
Traktor all the way. Serato is solid and stable and all that.. but not as many features as traktor. Serato (to my knowledge) can only do 2 decks as well.. and that = boring :P
i am missing deep house

Ableton Live, Fruity loops, Cubase, etc - tons of great programs to use to make music, but those are the 3 most popular, good luck!

You could do it just fine without a keyboard - a midi keyboard will make it easier and such but certainly not necessary.
