Very interesting. They sure have a lot of variety of beach wear! I don't think we have anywhere near that amount of variety in most stores here in the US.

I've never seen Corn Flakes, Pez, etc. on swimsuits, but I do have a t-shirt with Tony the Tiger on it from Frosted Flakes that I bought at Target. It has some Asian writing on it that I can't identify, so I'm kind of like the people in Japan with English written on their shirts that they don't understand. Lol!

I LOVE THIS VIDEO! I work in the swimwear department at Macy's in California and I always liked admiring the different styles, so it's awesome to see Japanese style bikinis. I really wish we had those frilly skirt bottoms, I've been looking everywhere for a modest bikini bottom that was cute without much luck.

an interesting observation I have made is here in Canada where we are mostly white and capable of getting quite tan our maquins are fairly white and pale, in Japan where most people tend to have a much fairer skin the manaquins seem to be quite tan, I guess the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence...

Its called a "thong" ! ... However, I found most of the bikinis surprisingly cute ... very modest, not a bad thing, but with all them fluffy parts on their slips ... very playful and thats quite unusual to see for somebody who just knows the ways of European beaches. Especially in the north people wouldn´t be that concerned about changing like that, they`d just do it or go in the nude ... especially in Sweden, Denmark and some parts of Germany ... well, THX for the video
