This is SCC as you can hear him saying it in the song. The same goes to CLL, just listen to the songs, they both have their names in the lyrics. Btw CLL is a bit in spanish style music, makes sense. At the end of SCC you can hear "That's close".

I think however, since the game was made in part by Bethesda, they should try to take WET's slow-mo shooting, acrobatic features and split targeting and put it into a free roam environment like fallout. If WET had a free roam mode where you could free run and do acrobatic shit in a wide open city....oh mama, that'd be epic.
