Mijn vorige wagens: MB C 220 Cdi Sportcoupé, Merc B 200 Cdi, Mégane RS.

Ik ben geen fan van BMW design en misschien koop ik binnen twee jaar gewoon de nieuwe A-klasse. Maar voorlopig kan ik alleen maar zeggen: nooit zoveel waar voor mijn geld gekregen. Meer comfort dan de B (ok, had sportpakket), veiliger dan de Mégane, eigenlijk op niveau van de C SC op enkele details na.

I have a new Veloster on order, the metallic orange in color version called, "Vitamin C." This car so cool, is reasonably price, & the 3rd passenger door is pure genius. I can hardly wait for delivery next month.

It was difficult to watch this video. Whatever language that is, it sounds like that poor guy is trying to cough up a flem ball, but just can't quite manage it.

En wat ben je met 210pk op de hedendaagse wegen waar je toch maar 50/70 of soms heeeeel even nog 90 mag? Ik heb deze net gekocht...in het zwart en enkel met tech pack (gps, betere stereo, achteruitrijcamera). Eerst natuurlijk een testrit gedaan en voor mij reed hij gewoon perfect: soepel schakelen, heerlijk interieur, mooie buitenkant, soepel motor. Wat wil je nog meer? In België kost hij trouwens iets minder. Vermoed dat dit met BTW / tax te maken heeft?

@beamerZ Veloster is bedoeld als stadcoupé en ik rijd er nu 2 maanden mee. Hij is nog steeds veel sneller dan andere wagens uit zijn prijsklasse en doet Spa vlot onder de 3:30. En 200 km/u op de openbare weg? Enig idee van wat een klapband met je 'Bij Mercedes Weggegooit' beamertje doet aan die snelheid? Ik reed met een Mégane RS 2006 en heb geen nieuwe gekocht net omdat je nergens die 227 pk gebruikt, behalve dan 6-7 dagen per jaar op circuit. En voor 600 EUR laat je hem chippen.

En ja, ik prefereer een beemertje boven een koreaantje (ik maak verder geen kinderachtige woordspelingen) , zeker met de afstanden die ik rij ( comfort, veiligheid, etcetc). Als je spraakproblemen hebt, doe dan niet zo'n test. Veloster, echt moeilijk is het niet toch. Daarnaast, het stuiteren bij de acceleratieproef duidt op slechte demping van de vooras. Merk je daar tijdens het rijden niks van. Hoe stuurt ie, hoe is het geluid, het comforty, welke accesoires, hoe is de kwaliteit van het interieur/exterieur? Na deze test weet je nog niks van de auto Alleen dat de tester hem er goed vindt uit zien, maar niets heeft met koreaanse kwaliteit. Dat moet echt beter hoor!!
