Every time I watch this video my fingers just itch to write! If only it were to write the fan fiction I was currently working instead of writing out this one. It's beautiful, simply beautiful. The tragedy Drosselmeyer had longed for came to fruition but it's just so breathtakingly beautiful that I can't truly mourn it.

I think I might have commented on this before, but oh well. xD This is the tragedy that Drosselmeyer wanted so badly. It's amazingly done and I still get chills every time I watch it. Thanks a lot~ I really love creating stories out of AMVs - it not only puts a new spin on things, but personally I'm not that fond of songs with random anime clips and such. Giving depth is important, as is creativity, if you want to reach the viewer through your AMV. So that's what I strive for.

To be honest, I watched Tutu about a hundred times and watched dozens of tutu amvs, so the amvs were all starting to look a bit similiar and predictable....(not that I didn't love your other tutu amvs, of course:))

No, In Greek Mythology Sirens have bird like like features, as well as harpies (but thats a different story :3)different mythologies interpret the fish-ness because of the beauty and vanity of mermaids. Birds were chosen because of their characteristics and beautiful voices. Hope that answers your question. :D
