@sannuska492 I don't know. That's a good question because in other episodes they call him Dr. Lucas. I think this was a mistake on the writer's part here.

Anyone but me who noticed that in 09:17 the two doctors standing up in the stairs called "Dr. Clancy", that's weird because Jim is now Sam Lucas. Not Jim Clancy.

I thought that was kind of funny actually, that they forgot to change that.
