  • this has accidental suicide written all over it...

  • .. thanks a lot.. house is burnt down.. living with my mom cuz this shit

  • @DUMBxRExRE y the heck did u try it inside thats kinda dumb

  • @hoboman8 yes but there's no element O2

  • Lol ayt terryble spealings taht dihs gui hayz

  • ok its not just aluminum and iron oxide you can use multiple matallic substances and multiple oxides but aluminum and iron oxide are most common but i think magnesium and iron oxide work best

  • Try wrapping a banger in napalm then light the banger and throw. Wrap it up in tape or paper so it doesnt stick to you and turn u into firewood. My theory is that the banger will ignite and fling the napalm everywhere, covering a bigger area :0 please try it out!

  • Its so fucking simple! The letter represents the element and the number is the number of atoms of that element in each molecule. So... O2 means 2 atoms of oxygen in every O2 molecule.

  • i wonder what would happen if you Mixed NAPALM and THERMiTE o.o

  • i thought this said 'how to make marmite' then i was even happier when i found out it said 'thermite' :D

  • GUYS!!!!!! O2 is oxygen GAS. O2- (representing a negative charge) is OXIDE! GET IT RIGHT! That's why 2Mg+O2 (oxygen gas) ------> 2MgO <--Notice the lack of nice fat 2

  • Stealing carbon is a federal offense. Shame on you.

  • Ok, so you didn't show us the actualy video of this thermite burning? Lol, fail vid dude.

  • u should have added how to a magnisium strip

  • @d3mondog223 Easily enough you can add either powdered magnesium or magnesium filings for a primer. Found at most well-stocked chemistry stores. FYI, magnesium in its powdered form is QUITE explosive if contained. Best to be lightly used to minimize risk of damage and/or incendiary bomb type effects....hint, hint. But I do suggest to (for anyone), make only small amounts very carefully if you intend to amuse yourself. Cap it off with a traditional firework fuse, light and get the hell away.

  • It's steel, not steal.

  • @TheMontanaDave O2 is oxide you moron

  • @dlcoates1 Actually i believe the O2 is the symbol for Oxygen GAS.

  • i got an idea for you guys make a cardboard bal and put termite in it then stick some napalm around it paste it on some thing like your school/friends door and

    smell the ashes

  • Doesn't exactly burn through anything, titanium has a higher melting point than the burning thermite so.. The video title is misinforming

  • @Airsofter1995 Your reading skills are bad. He wrote ALMOST anything.

  • @pyr0ph1L I don't know what video your watching but the title of this video is Make Thermite- (Burns through anything.), so I think you should go through your elementary school and THEn just maybe you can start arguing over the internet okay? :)

  • @Airsofter1995 If you just happened to be paying attention to the movie, and actually watched it properly before talking crap, then you would've noticed that he says almost anything in the movie. (:

  • @pyr0ph1L Yes. It does say it in the video but the title doesn't. Try to understand this: Video - title, 2 different words I complained about the fucking title and you start bitching about the fucking video, Jesus Christ.

  • the finer the aluminum, the faster and hotter the burn

  • Can you use rust from etc. a nail or a bike?:)

  • i doubt that it being magnetic will matter but i do not know for sure

  • In regards to the iron oxide used to make it does it have to be one type of iron oxide? im using the salt water and 6 volt battery charger at 2 amps method and i am only able to get a small amount non-magnetic iron oxide all the rest that is produced is magnetic and i am unsure if it will hinder the reaction in anyway if i mix the magnetic and non-magnetic iron oxide.

  • @Billdude21 You want as much oxygen in the rust as possible.

The magnetic black stuff is FeO

The nonmagnetic light red stuff is FeO2

The Magnetick dark red stuff is FeO3.

The FeO3 is better, but takes a hell of a lot of more work.

  • Nice vid, I'll put this on my channel so more people can see. -Logyn
