  • Thanks for the suggestions terrenceanimation, i will look up the artists you suggested. So do u plan on to continue 2d animations or do u eventually want to go to 3d? Well thanks.

  • @TaroArt I would like to do both 2d and 3d character animation. Your welcome! I hope you keep it up. Also there are good books you can check out too like Preston Blair's Cartoon Animation, Disney Animation The Illusion of Life, and Andrew Loomis' books Fun with a Pencil, and Figure Drawing for all It's Worth.

  • Hey I'm in middle school, check out my animations. I want to be an animator like you

  • Really smooth. Mustve taken ages

  • That was amazing!!! Very cool Terrence!

  • @AcademyArtVenture Thanks Kyle!

  • Im actually planning on doing our new series with drawn animation like this. So Ive been searching around, studying peoples technique (Hey who needs a teacher or an expensive school when we have the internet)

Your work INSPIRES ME! so DON'T STOP DOING IT. I think I saw a comment somewhere where you've always wanted to do animation... I am the same way. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to bring life to drawings. It only took me 27 years to realize my dream.

  • Was this all done with PENCIL?

  • @ManservantPablo Yes, all in pencil lol, your username is funny

  • Wonderful! Doctor Stew's team could REALLY use an animator like you!

  • @ManservantPablo Thanks, but I would need to learn the digital animation software ToonBoom to help Dr. Stew and right now I just have pencil and paper.

  • @TerrenceAnimation I am amazed that you did this with pencil and paper. Brilliant work.

Toon Boom is a great software, it seems like you had to take the time to draw everything, then scan it in - a ton of work. Toon Boom would cut out the "Scan" process completely, and you could instantly see results.

Combine that with a good wacom tablet, and you could be making absolutely brilliant animations. You are a true talent! Best of luck to you!

  • @ManservantPablo Thanks, your an animator too!? That's awesome! I'll consider it

  • @TerrenceAnimation I am an "animator" so to speak, but I just started back in early 2010. I started kind of with "puppet animation" which is really cheap and easy to do. But its so limited... I want to do so much more that I just CANT do with that style of animation. I do 3d and 2d animation.

You can find my latest work somewhere on the internet... if you search "Doctor Stew Episode Three" you might find my work. FOX tried to sue me for doing the cartoons, so I couldn't post it to Youtube :(

  • @ManservantPablo Wow, that's really interesting. Keep at it! Now that I've begun doing animation I know that there is nothing I'd rather do.

  • Lots of work you put into this, but it turned out fantastic! Loved it! Keep up the great work and hope you continue to excel in college. :D

  • @PyroOtter Thanks so much :)

  • Good stuff!! Nice to see u post again

    Bernie in Sydney

  • Woops, Wrong Youtube Account.. EpiclyBacon is my secondary lol

  • @Shastafication Awesome! Thanks, this was actually done in two weeks. I was spending like five hours a day up to 12 hours a day as the deadline to turn it in drew near. Even pulled an all nighter last night

  • @TerrenceAnimation Wow Thats Crazy! Nice Job man!

  • You're animating! That's awesome, and this was adorable. I remember one time when you showed me your sketch book and were telling me you wanted to do animation. Glad to see you're actually doing it!

  • @TGYR1337 Thanks so much! It's the best feeling ever to finally be animating!
