Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime audio distortion

Mine has the same problem :(

But if I let it run for a while, the problem fixes itself and it has decent sound quality again.

Do you know how I can get it replaced like you say in the description?

@Dano0020 When u let it run the chip heats up and the problem disappears. But the unit is still defective. You can get it rep leased just by calling the Logitech service desk. Number is on their site.
