Leaning into a barrel? You folks are ridiculous... Maybe one of the Top 25 Full Package barrel racers ever... Rodeo, Futurity, Clinician, etc... Won around a $1 million over the course of her career between WPRA and BFA... The only 3 time IFYR All Around Cowgirl Ever as a kid. Joseys Jr World Champion, AQHA World Champion, Multiple NFR's, Multiple Rodeo Wins, Multiple Futurity. Derby Wins, Trained 3 horses that have competed at NFR and countless other great ones... JUST TURNED 30! WOW...
"the least ive EVER seen her not lean into a barrel" Have you ever looked at her. she is pretty tiny! and me being no giant myself (4'11)It is very difficult to ride an extremley powerful horse thru a turn with out leaning a little bit!
O and i do believe (correct me if wrong) She trained her sisters horse!
Also if she wasn't any good she would have never made the NFR! which she's been twice

If you think you can ride better than Jackie then you should get your permit and see how you and your horse handle the fans, lights, ground, pressure, and everything else that comes with pro rodeo. This isn't an NBHA supershow!
Actually I was brave enough to get my permit this year and go to the pro rodeos. It's alot harder to be in the top ten when you are going against 150 "1D" horses.
I went to a Jackie Dube clinic like 2 weeks ago. And Everyone has their own way to run barrels. You can't argue with someone who has been to the NFR 3x, won over 7 rounds at the NFR, and is currently sitting 19th in the World for 2008 running with a ripped tendon leg. That horse she ran in the video is not her main rodeo horse Princess, so everyone stop bad mouthing a Champion Barrel Racer.
uh, she is a pro, i guess you dont pay any attention to pro rodeo do you? she aint that great though, her sister is tammy key much the superior to her though. in fact this is the least ive EVER seen her not lean into a barrel.

i'm not a fan of how she leans into the barrels i think it throws the horse off balance. but to each his own, it seems to work pretty good for her.
