A lot of Ron Pauls ideas are great, but I think some of them were a bit too hasty. I think right now we need a President that the world is looking and wanting to see as President. I think Obama is what we need to get America back on it's feet as a respected country and Ron Paul can finish restoring America to be a great country afterwards.

First of all you can't just tell someone that they are too young to have a political debate. If someone never debates politics they'll NEVER learn enough about politics to vote informed. The past few elections that I've been alive for have been side shows and I hope not every political election will run as such and eventually we can have actual political discussions on the media. It's not about who has a better strategy to prevent economic ruin it's who wore white on labor day or no flag pin!

I would disagree with this, i actually think obama is one of the most hard headed people you will ever have in the white house he is a left version of bush. He already said he disagrees with Petreaus I am not for the war, but come one the General has a little more expertise than Obama in these matters. His voting record despite his rhetoric of Change is along extreme party lines, where Mccain has shown ability to work with the other side.

I also was a Ron Paul supporter; and understand your frustration. However, Paul isnt a Pres. candidate anymore; as his corporate, run party (and Foxnews) shunned and ignored him. HOWEVER, if you truly believe that this nation is in danger of loosing more personal rights, more wars, torture without trial, and more corporate/government merging; THEN, you should AT LEAST vote for a candidate who was a constitutional lawyer, and is against these things Ron Paul was against. ok obama shouldnt deny the surge worked its as simple as that..but macain needs to admit that both he and the president have changed the definition of victory for this war at least 4 times. the fact is that right now even the iraq goverment is feeling like we have perhaps overstayed out welcome and that it may be time to consider calling it mission complete and bringing our troops home. I agree that a total pullout would be a mistake but a reduction over a peroid of say a year would be next.
