I have done research in youtube.com and found that the number of people who curse Hun Sen is much higher than the number of the people who praise him. 90 percent curse Hun Sen while 10 percent praise him. Actually,Motel,under Hun Sen's current policy,they do own it. All of these people have "squatter's rights"(for lack of a better term).The current policy is that people who have resided in an area for7 years or so (I can't recall the exact # of years offhand,so don't quote me on this)have legal title to the land. Unfourtunately, the law is (intentionally) vauge, and usually interpreted in favor of those parties w/ lobbying power(i.e.developers aka.People with dough. R u one of those guys, Motel?
