Let's rewind a little here, you said when I asked "Where does prophecy come from?"
"It should come from God"
Therefore by your own admission anyone who makes a prophecy claims to be speaking from God, regardless whether they use the phrase "Thus says the Lord"
I remind you again according to the bible 1 wrong false prophecy makes you a false prophet!
So there we have it ....This guy predicts a move of God before the olympics ...I hope he realises that if his prophecy fails to materialise that makes him by the bibles standard a false prophet !

He did say "...if I dared to prophecy..." not "Thus say the Lord"
