It is possible to use the classic ink if you emboss it first . Done that before in a pinch.

why use watercolor paper? I am new to all this...and whats the diffrence between all the inks out there like stazon, pigment inks, dye inks, custom dye inks, washable inks, versa inks,...hope you can help.

waterpaper is better when using auqa painter since the waterpaper is thicker the card stock will handle the water much better . I have a video in my gallery that explains the difference with the inks pads posted on Nov 7, 2008 Hope this helps

Thanks for the tips, I have a StazOn ink but I find it so greasy when I use it..so I don´t use it as much..
