@MichelleG34388 this is what i did, maybe it will help u. when i use a new sim card in a new device i make sure the sim card ha no files on it. its completely empty..when i insert the card , i tak it out after wards. then i load the card to my pc and opn it then it will show me folders that wee made for pics and music. so then i just put all my music into the music folder n then pics n the photo folder. and then my phone reads it. i did this on my xtc also

This phone is worth considering. I have had this phone close to a year now, and it is a very good deal. I was tied between the shuttle, x-tc, or rumor 2. i eventually chose the x-tc for its QWERTY keypad and large screen.texting is not a Tproblem for me. I have not had any glitchy problems yet. If you throw on a cool ringtone, some music in the Media Player, and some nice wallpaper, it wont look like a prepaid phone. Mysteriously though, money has been disappearing out pf my account. I had this same problem, but i noticed in this tutorial, that her card had folders called My Music and My Photos- I didn't have that. Once I put the micro SD back in the adapter and in my laptop to manually add them, I noticed that they were suddenly there. I think the X-tc formatted the card? I put the micro sd back in my laptop, moved the files into the relevant folders, it worked. Good luck!
