I don't know, but maybe you can try to go to a police station, and they can contact the officers in Saarbrücken, which might check if an Indonesian purse has been found. Thieves usually take out the money, and throw the purse away. Honest finders (that we have much more than thieves, I'm sure!) usually bring these to the police or similar, which should have a database ... I think. You should really try at least!
