It's possible that no one plays regular Highlander in your area, but in Germany, Finland and other areas of Europe Highlander is still popular. I know only one person who plays EDH. I've tried it, but it's rather broken with the general rule. I prefer regular Highlander.

I only skimmed it, but you should add a General. Everyone plays Elder Dragon Highlander. No one plays regular Highlander anymore.
