automatics are the hardest to drive safely. stick the selector into 'drive' and car goes from 0-100+mph without doing anything else. least with manual cars folk that cant drive will often be stuck in 1st gear so cant get up to as much speed.

biggest problem is hopeless drivers cant handle the clutch and gears so buy automatics, hence we get plenty videos for youtube....
