Indeed, you got all that is needed in your pocket. Least is, it should be less in your pocket and more in your soul. Make it explode. Live it, breath it... be its very lines... make it as so as Bowie says on Young American... make it a goddam song, that can make me break down and cry.

Cams may break it for you at that (though I doubt it, you seem to have the catch), so, why don't you turn 'em off and make your guitar cry and your voice bloom for a few tries (passion in mind)?

you have a beautiful natural voice that brings something new to the song, but like others have wrote - it just feels like you're holding back, in my opinion your so, so close but you just need to step in to it more and totally embrace this track's narrative to take it past just being 'another cover' into something which is yours. If you can break it down and crack it, I have a feeling your cover will be sublime. Good luck
