COMMENT: Am not being derogatory but I cannot imagine this is good for your brand. Besides Youtube is responsible for copyright protection.... but you are also punishing your listeners.

HF: As I mentioned above, we do not download content from YT, although there are many ways to do it. All our content is authorized and is provided by the legal owners. However, there are many sites out there that steal content from us by downloading it from YT.

Futu does not have their sound logo because they rely on distributors like us to promote their content and allow us the space to include our sound logo for the reasons I have mentioned above. I am sorry that you will search for alternatives. Most of the time these will be lower quality copies of HF content with the initial seconds cropped out.

We work hard to maintain our relationships with artists and producers and make sure that all our content is authentic and authorized. The sound and image logos identify HF as the source of the content once it is being illegally copied and distributed by other sites, whose only job is to steal and publish what we obtain legally and through hard work. We think that using this identification is absolutely fair.

HF: All content on HF is authorized. We only publish materials obtained through the copyright holders and it is with their permission we say that HF presents their content.

If the strategy is to annoy people so that they won’t download your video than I guess it works in a way, but you are also punishing your listeners.

And their upload date is 13th of November while yours is 14th. Finally they upload without any weird noises or any other “semi-promotions disguised as copy protection” distractions. Why can they do it, but you cannot while you just copied their video? To be honest for me this means to avoid your videos whenever I see hyefant, I will search for alternatives first.
