Saying "TRUE" touch of death is a bit much when it requires starting meter, but nice combo anyway.

Actually hulk can always do 750k+ Damage on his own without assist or x-factor using only one meter from any where on the screen. With the right DHC you can relatively kill any character using 2 meter either in or out of corner.
