  • Very good orchestration

I like trombone flutter at 1:06

  • Style a'la John Williams.

  • Fantastic mock up, sounds like a real orchestra

  • Hey Wlad, thanks for inviting fellow... Very nice arrangement... really!!

I assume that the version of your EWQL is the Play edition... right ?

I have the Kontakt Version and my next step is Hollywood Strings -

  • Wow. Does brass part come from EWQL? They sound so fat and powerful.

  • @pianodesu Thanks, I'm glad you like it! Yes, all the samples come from EWQL SO. Cheers.

Could you tell me which strings you used in this music, please :)?

  • @pianodesu Strings are also from EWQL SO, mostly staccato patches.

  • Great!

  • Fantastic writing.. i have just bought EWQL Gold & Fab four.. I'm saving up for RA just for the Kora :)

    Keep up the good work

  • wow just one day? fun track... pretty cool!

  • This is AMAZING!!!

  • wow... i love this!!! how long did it take you to sequence the whole deal into your DAW?

Do you first write your ideas out on paper, or do you record it into you sequencer right away?

This would be great for a film... kinda has a Harry Potter feel to it.

    Do you score?

  • Thanks Dave, glad you enjoyed it! To answer your questions, this track took me one entire day. There was no rush though, I was just trying out different orchestration ideas. Usually I do write music down on the paper, but this time I used just a simple MIDI sequencer. Your guess was excellent, this track is very much inspired by Harry Potter book which I'm currently reading :) Thanks for listening.

  • You composed this? There's so much happening in this music! This is awesome.
