2. Biogenesis is not a scientific law. I assume by "entropy" you are referring to the 2nd law of thermodynamics, closed systems becoming more disordered over time and such. The earth is not a closed system since it receives heat and light from the sun.

3. Probability of what specifically? Replicating molecules? The process of evolution itself? The process repeating exactly the same way it did up to now?

For these genes that I have described in my previous post to go in accordance with your creation theory, the original chicken/bird thing would have to look similar to a small raptor (velociraptor for example), but we have a contradiction, for the theory also says that the dinosaurs and the birds were not related. By self contradiction, creation theory fails. Also every vertebrate has the same body structure, four legs/arms/fins/wings, one head containing a brain, and many more.

Contradiction that you overlooked: in every animal there is a large amount of DNA that consists of "off" genes. These genes were owned by ancestors but are currently disabled. According to creationalists every group was created as it is today or similar, so then the original chicken should look similar to an everyday chicken. This is wrong however because scientists have found genes that when "on" give chickens teeth, longer tails, and even a body covered in scales.

Evolution does NOT always assume an increase in the number of traits an organism possesses or an increase in complexity. And no well education biologist will tell you otherwise.

Evolution instead assumes that there is a CHANGE in traits. Example, birds beaks may change morphologically to adapt to different food sources. This does not mean their beaks are more complex, but different but it was advantageous.

Dog species and breeds that you see today are not ancestral to foxes, hounds, coyotes or other dogs that you see today. There is an ancestor waaaay back that they all share. All types of canine present today are modern, and evolved from that ancestoral species. As they are all as modern as each other why would you expect such huge variation in the same family?
