Happy holidays! I very much agree on what makes a relationship work. To me having similar values/goals in life and a strong friendship are very important. Being set and dedicated to your goals and is an admirable trait, and being great friends with her is a huge plus, because then you can just be chill, instead of constantly being in relationship mode, because our interactions are about all of our connections to a person, as opposed to just one part of how we know a person.
