Maybe my chair is too low (I'm a super tall 5ft7 with long legs) or not sturdy enough because I couldn't lift off without my ribs feeling as if they would crush! lol, But I did single leg lifts and that worked EXCELLENT for me. Much better than doing them without, because the chair acts as a guidepost. Thanks Buffy!
