  • @lefty14u it will always depend on the person. Everyone is different. Results will depend on reps, sets, frequency, durations, tempo and intensity. But the actual change process starts early. I normally tell females approx. 4-8 weeks

  • Maybe my chair is too low (I'm a super tall 5ft7 with long legs) or not sturdy enough because I couldn't lift off without my ribs feeling as if they would crush! lol, But I did single leg lifts and that worked EXCELLENT for me. Much better than doing them without, because the chair acts as a guidepost. Thanks Buffy!
